These one-on-one calls are strictly no strings attached; her goal is to support causes she cares about. Calls could cover any of the following topics, or others, depending on your needs:

Bringing user-centered design or research into your organization

Feedback about current research or research plans

Feedback about your current offering from a design researcher’s perspective
